This is a lot of 3 old Cotton Bale Tags from Modern Gin Company in
Gilmer, Texas.
Each is numbered and has the name embossed on them. The cotton gin
in Gilmer has
been gone for many years as are the riverboats that transportedthe
bales from the
Port of Jefferson, down the Big Cypress Bayou and to the Gulf of Mexico.
